Our Custom Wig Package includes a consultation with our Master Wig Maker, Ayana Washington of The Darling Experience, the construction and installation of a full, lightweight density finish wig.  This package includes the purchase of hair extensions to complete the look.  

With its natural looking color and breathable design, this wig is perfect for everyday wear.  

What to expect after your Custom Wig purchase:

Step 1: Order Confirmation (within 24 hours):

• You will receive an email from the Haus of Zuri confirming your order details, including the estimated completion date and next steps.

Step 2: Wig Consultation (24 hours later):

• You will receive an email inviting you to schedule a wig consultation. This consultation is crucial to discuss your preferences for style, color, length, and base type. That email will include a pre-order form to be completed prior to booking.

• You can schedule your consultation online or by contacting us directly.

Step 3: Scheduling Confirmation (within 24 hours of scheduling):

• You will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your scheduled wig consultation.

Step 4: Consultation (scheduled date and time):

• During your consultation, our expert wig designer will discuss your desired style, color, length, and base type in detail.

Step 5: Wig Design (4 days after consultation):

Based on your consultation, our skilled artisans will begin crafting your custom wig. This process typically takes 4 days.

Step 6: Quality Control (1 day):

• Once your wig is complete, it undergoes a thorough quality control inspection to ensure it meets our high standards.

Step 7: Shipping (5 days):

• Once your wig has passed quality control, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. You will receive a tracking number so you can track its progress.

Estimated Total Time:

• This is based on the above time frames, any deviations will delay the estimated completion day. The entire process, from order confirmation to delivery, typically takes approximately 6-7 days.

To secure your custom wig order, we require a 50% deposit at the time of purchase. The remaining 50% will be due before your wig consultation, where we will finalize all the details to ensure your wig is perfectly crafted to your specifications. This deposit structure ensures both parties are committed to the process. Additionally, your custom wig comes with a 3-year warranty on the construction, providing you with peace of mind and confidence in the quality of your investment.
