For Us, It's the Color Block!

Color blocking can be defined as mixing two to three (if not more) bold and often contradictory colors together in one ensemble to make for an exciting statement piece.  Color was first introduced to the modern fashion world in 1946, debuting on the stage of Yves St. Laurent for his Fall/Winter show. It was based after the famous paintings of Dutch painter Piet Mondrian, showcasing blue, red, and yellow squares and bold black lines.
Disney releasing its new live action film #Cruella, it's the perfect time to take inspiration from the #iconic character and go two-tone.

And some people are such fans of Cruella's black and white contrasted hair that they too have given their locks an incredible makeover - and we love the effect.

The trendy hairstyle splits right down the middle, giving a contrasting look so synonymous with the Disney character - and it looks equally as great on short or longer hair.

Think of it as a colorblock effect, but for your hair.
